A full gourmet breakfast is served around 9 AM most mornings or at two separate seatings at either 8:30 or 9:30 AM when we have a "full house".  Coffee and tea service with freshly baked muffins or coffee cake is in the parlor starting around 8 AM for guests to enjoy in the parlor or out on the front porch in warmer weather.  We start with a fresh fruit course and then serve a hot entree as shown with orange juice on the tables.  If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let the innkeeper know.

Main Dining
We typically serve our Lemon Ricotta Souffle with Peppered Bacon, Basque Eggs (A baked fritta with Artichokes, Eggplant, Onions and smoked Ham), or one of our special Quiches (Bacon and Carmelized Leeks, Spinach and Feta, Crab and Asparagus) prepared by our Culinary Institute of America trained "Chef Bill" or something else to dazzle you and our other guests.  You can check with the innkeeper to see what special treat is being prepared for breakfast.  Our breakfast is one of the key reasons we are ranked # 3 for B&B Inns in St. Michaels on the TripAdvisor.com web site.
